Author and Illustrator Visits

If you want an author or illustrator to visit your school - see www.kiwiwrite4kidz.co.nz site - go to author visits. We have authors and illustrators who offer author talks and workshops at very reasonable rates. Most of the authors live in Auckland but if you were to organise a group of schools then travel costs could be spread out hence making it affordable. Maria Gill is also offering talks to teachers on 'Teaching Dynamic Non-fiction Reading and Writing in the Classroom' see www.mariagill.co.nz (where you can also download free teaching resources).
