I think this is a really good topic. Everyone reads lots of good online research and information about reading all the time. I love Bookninja and subscribe to the RSS feed of their blog which is full of interesting reviews, information about the publishing industry and other 'stuff' http://www.bookninja.com/?p=5857 this particular post has some really interesting stats on the number of books sold for young adults this year.

Well it is a NING - World Readers - I look forward to telling you about it at conference. Kids can discuss books online with other kids. So far members are from Hong Kong, Canada and the USA. It is a research project so safe and only approved entry. They have piut info on about NZ in anticipation of NZ readers joining! First time I've had time to add something - well in fact I don't as we are leaving for the National Interschool Chess Tournament in 2 hrs and from there I fly to Chch for conference!
