BA Education, Dip Teaching, [Kindergarten], Level 5 Dip LIS, Open Polytechnic. 23 Things [Web 2.0 skills] with North Shore Public Libraries. I've worked in a variety of libraries, offices, book shop and for 20 years in varying early childhood challenges, in US, UK and NZ. [Some of these involved community action, development work, political agendas.] Travelled a lot, needless to say. Added the dimension of parenthood, suburbia and regular jobs Now work mainly at: Sunnynook Primary School [21 hours] last 7 years. North Shore Public Libraries as casual librarian. have worked at National Library, School Services, Ak as a casual reference librarian Belong to a Book club! I am on the Festival Committee for Storylines, organised the volunteers in the past, currently the drama groups for Family Day and generally help out with Notable Books reading and other Storylines needs, contribute and enjoy monthly Bookchat meetings. I am the Support Workers' liaison for NZEI in our school.
